A) Leadership is a commitment to achieve something new and something which is unrealistic to other people. It’s about continuously improving yourself and people around you.

The definition of leadership has nothing to do with the hierarchy or anyone’s position.

A) Well anyone can be a leader. We can lead as an individual, as an employee, as a parent, as a child and as a responsible citizen.

The Job of leaders is not taking power, but the opposite: Empowering.

A)  I know It’s a never-ending debate. I would say Both- but mostly made. Some people are born with qualities that make them natural leaders, and other people acquire it by training, practice and experience. They seek to understand and be understood.

A) Motivational leadership refers to someone leading others by motivating them. It definitely gives you that initial push. The beginning to everything is the hardest part. Motivation also help you to appreciate the situation and Look at the brighter side.

However, Motivation is always short lived.

A)  A combination of Meditation and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) has tremendously worked for me. Human beings have huge potential to grow beyond our current limitations. However, we get limited by our own beliefs, our own thoughts, our own values, our own feelings, our own opinions and our own judgement. we keep holding to them and it does not allow us to move forward.

Meditation and NLP helps you to get rid of these limitations. Meditation mainly works on self-awareness as a Leader and NLP helps you to train your brain and achieving excellence in both your personal and professional life.

Both these tools help you to stay in a happy and beautiful state of mind no matter what people do to you. Happy people are successful.

A) How well you lead your life is directly proportional to how much you love yourself and others. The heart is much more wiser than your head. Trust your instincts and follow it.

A) In this transactional life, you would always be consumed with things – others want you to do. However, you need to give equal importance to what you want to do. Wherever focus goes energy flows.

Also, If you don’t use the energy, you lose it. Silent and passive people don’t learn much and hence can’t lead effectively.

A) 1. There is an extraordinary in every ordinary.

3. The best investment in Leading is the investment in Learning.

These are quotes which I wrote for myself sometime back and has influenced me a lot so far.
