Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We ensure that our learners have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is instructor-led or self-paced training. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund policy. When you buy a training course from an Indian Leadership Academy, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy. Our Niche refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Online and face-to-face Training

1. Online/ Offline Event/Program Postponement/Cancellation or Location Change
Indian Leadership Academy reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event under the following circumstances:

  1. Insufficient Enrolment
  2. Instructor Illness
  3. Unforeseen Events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

2. Refunds for Event/Program Cancellation/ Postponement by Indian Leadership Academy

If Indian Leadership Academy cancels or postpones an event/program, the following refund policy applies:

  1. Postponement : There would be No Refund in case of Postponement. Postponement can be only once.
  2. Cancellation : 100% of the course fees paid by the learner will be refunded.
  3. For offline events/Programs please note that any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded. Participants are encouraged to make appropriate arrangements to safeguard against such expenses.
  4. Note: In the event of a force majeure clause under 1 (3), refunds will not be provided.

3. Participant Cancellation/Postponement

If a participant wishes to cancel or postpone their registration for a paid course, the following policy applies:

  1. No refunds will be provided for the course fees paid.
  2. However, the fees paid can be utilized towards enrollment in another course offered by Indian Leadership Academy.
  3. The participant must utilize the fees for another course within 2 months of their initial enrolment.

4. Utilizing Fees for other courses

To utilize course fees for another course, participants should follow these steps:

  1. Notify Indian Leadership Academy of their intent to cancel or postpone their registration via email or the provided contact method.
  2. Specify their preference to utilize the fees for another course.

5. Third party Loans :

Whenever you are availing a Third party loan for enrolling to any of our ILA courses by an approved ILA third party Financial institution, Indian Leadership Academy (ILA) is not liable for repaying to the respective Third party.

6. Amendment of Refund Policy

Indian Leadership Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants through our official communication channels.

By enrolling in our courses, participants acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
