Questions, Answered.

What is the difference between ACC and PCC?

ACC (Associate Certified Coach) is the ICF Level 1 credential — the starting point for new and early-career coaches, requiring 60 hours of coach-specific training and 100 hours of coaching experience. PCC (Professional Certified Coach) is ICF Level 2, for coaches who already hold an ACC and want to demonstrate a higher standard of practice. PCC requires 125 hours of training and 500 hours of experience. Indian Leadership Academy offers dedicated programmes for both levels.

Can I join from anywhere in the world?

Yes. The programme is fully online and open to participants worldwide. Sessions run at 9:30 AM IST. Participants from India, UAE, Singapore, East Africa, Europe, and the Americas join regularly. Speak to an advisor to confirm the timing works for your location.

I have no coaching experience. Can I join ACC?

Yes. ACC is ICF Level 1 — no prior credential or experience required. Managers, HR pros, consultants, and career changers start here every cohort.

I have an ACC. Is PCC right for me?

Yes, if you hold an ACC or equivalent ICF Level 1 credential. Non-ICF credentials? Speak to an advisor — we’ll confirm your fit.

Sessions run on IST. What time is that in my timezone?

9:30 AM IST = 8:00 AM UAE/GST, 6:00 AM CET, 4:00 AM GMT, 12:00 AM EST (same day). We recommend checking your local time and speaking to an advisor if you need flexibility.

How much work outside the weekly session?

2–3 hours per week — peer coaching, reading, reflection. We help you structure it toward your credentialing hours.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Instalment plans available for both programmes. Your advisor will walk you through regional options.
