What are the different Partnership options
There are 4 options available for partnership – Bronze, Silver, Gold and New City Partner. All these partnership options are paid and is a Yearly paid membership. For each of these categories there is a certain criteria to be met and ILA management takes a final call.
Bronze Partner
Yearly Membership Fees:Â INR 75,000 (equivalent for other countries)
If you have enrolled for a program/multiple programs, which is worth 75,000 INR, you don’t have to pay for the Membership Fees for the first year.
Benefits:
- Commission reward – 10% of revenue and not profit
- Rewards pay-out in 30 days
- Invitation to our National conferences
- Networking opportunities with L&D Heads
- Monthly meetings with fellow partners to learn and collaborate.
Criteria:
- Should be self-driven, ambitious and dedicated
- Should have a Business Development background and pretty good PR skills
- Minimum Revenue generated in a year should be 120,000 INR per year (10 K per month)
Potential Income: 3 to 5 Lakhs per year
Silver Partner
Yearly Membership Fees:Â INR 150,000 (equivalent for other countries)
If you have enrolled for a program/multiple programs which is worth 150,000 INR , you don’t have to pay for the Membership Fees for the first year.
Benefits:
- Commission reward – 15% of revenue and not profit
- Rewards pay-out in 30 days
- Complimentary paid program for you and your family (worth 20K)
- Market one of your training and coaching programs in our website and digital platforms (5 posts)
- Invitation to our National conferences
- Networking opportunities with L&D Heads
- Monthly meetings with fellow partners to learn and collaborate
- Training and Coaching opportunities – Minimum 2 paid opportunities per Year
Criteria:
- Should be self-driven, ambitious and dedicated
- Should have a Business Development background and pretty good PR skills
- Minimum Revenue generated in a year should be 240,000 INR per year (20 K per month)
Potential Income: 5 to 8 Lakhs per year
Gold Partner
Yearly Membership Fees:Â INR 300,000 (equivalent for other countries)
If you have enrolled for a program/multiple programs which is worth 300,000 INR, you don’t have to pay for the Membership Fees for the first year.
Benefits:
- Commission reward – 20% of revenue and not profit
- Rewards pay-out in 30 days
- Complimentary paid program for you and your family (worth 30K)
- Market couple of your training and coaching programs in our website and digital platforms (10 posts)
- Invitation to our National conferences
- Networking opportunities with L&D Heads
- Monthly meetings with fellow partners to learn and collaborate
- Training and Coaching opportunities – Minimum 4 paid opportunities per Year
- Be our co-facilitator in one of our international workshops. (one per year)
Criteria:
- Should have vast industry experience
- Should be Highly self-motivated, ambitious and dedicated
- Should have a Business Development background and pretty good PR skills
- Minimum Revenue generated in a year should be 360,000 INR per year (30 K per month)
Potential Income: 8 to 12 Lakhs per year
