Leaders: Behold your team thriving and succeeding

Leadership is about inspiring and guiding a team towards success. I am glad to share with you my recent visit to Sonovision Group to introduce our Neuro Leadership training program. It was an honor to meet Mahadeva Channegowda and Ramona Simion along with their dedicated team at Sonovision. This group of thought leaders emphasized the importance of keeping the team up-to-date, investing in its training, and utilizing cutting-edge learning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

I was amazed when Mr Mahadeva Channegowda, Center of Excellence – Manager at Sonovision exposed me to his ideas to enhance the learning culture of Sonovision. I consider him to be a leader who encourages innovation, creativity, and technological advancement. In addition to setting the tone for a learning culture, he believes an environment for growth and progress must also be fostered.
In this blog, we’ll take a closer look at one of his ideas and examine what it means to be an organisation leader who believes innovation, creativity and technology are crucial ingredients for success in today’s fast-paced business world.
In my experience, this is the first time I have seen a training set-up that resembles a tri-color Indian flag painted on an air bus. This idea was initiated by Mr Abdul Niyaz, Manager Sonovision and became tangible by Mr Mahadeva Channegowda with support from their MD Mr Teddy Duthel. When you enter the training space, you will notice a door similar to that found on an airplane. In this training hall, there were wonderful brown leather seats with seat belts and a desktop for employees to work on. This demonstrated the organization’s concern for comfort and learning experiences for its employees. The training space also featured an apt-sized projector and a white board where I witnessed a comprehensive training plan that included training in technical and soft skills domains for holistic development.
My purpose in describing the training set-up to you is to introduce some of the innovative practices that organizations are implementing to enhance the efficiency of learning and execution.

Innovation is a critical factor in success, especially in today’s rapidly changing world. By creating an atmosphere where innovation is valued, leaders give their teams the freedom to be creative and try novel things. This can lead to the development of cutting-edge products, processes, or services that can drive growth and success in the organisation.

Finally, holistic learning plays an increasingly significant role in today’s business world. Leaders who encourage their teams to possess essential skills and technology are helping their workforce stay ahead of the curve and watch as their team thrives and succeeds.
In conclusion, organisational leaders who encourage innovation, creativity, and technology set the tone for a culture of learning that is essential for success in today’s fast-paced business world.
